Here’s How You Can Get a Stamp Passport at the National Museum of the Philippines

Whether you’re a student doing research, a tourist, or simply someone looking for an activity to do in the city, the three National Museum branches are a good start. Not only is it free to enter, but you can also easily reach the branches by public transportation.

The National Museum of the Philippines (NMP) is celebrating International Museum Day by launching limited-edition NMP Passports, which allow museum visitors to collect stamps from different National Museum branches and regional components. If you’d like to get one for yourself, here’s how you can do it:

If you’re an avid stamp collector and wish to get the chance to have a FREE NMP Passport, here are the steps you need to take:

  1. Follow the Facebook pages of all 21 National Museum of the Philippines locations, which include its regional component museums.
  2. Complete the Google Form, where you need to provide information such as contact details and Facebook profile link.
  3. Wait for an invite, which will be sent to your email.
  4. On International Museum Day, May 18, 2026, participants who received an email confirmation must present it at the entrance of the National Museum of Fine Arts and proceed to the NMP Auditorium (Ground Floor) for the launch of the NMP Passport.
  5. There will be additional activities for participants during the launch day.
  6. Participants who complete these activities will be eligible to claim the free NMP Passport.

 

Visiting the National Museum of the Philippines

The National Museum of the Philippines has 21 branches, including regional locations across the country. In the metro, NMP has three main branches located in Rizal Park, Manila, all of which offer free entrance to visitors:

  • National Museum of Fine Arts
  • National Museum of Anthropology
  • National Museum of Natural History

Meanwhile, there are 16 NMP-run museums outside of the National Capital Region. Some branches in Western Visayas include Cebu, Iloilo, Dumaguete, and Bohol, and locations in Mindanao include Davao, Zamboanga, and Sulu. All of these regional branches and sites also offer free entrance.
