The Exchange at Trinoma Promises Direct Access to MRT-3, MRT-7, and LRT-1

Big changes for commuters.

Big changes are coming to the North and commuters might be the most excited about it. Trinoma, one of Quezon City’s most beloved malls, is in the middle of a major transformation: new dining spots, fresh retail brands, greener open spaces, and later this year, a brand-new wing called The Exchange at Trinoma.

But the change that might matter most isn’t a store or a cafe, it’s that Trinoma is quietly becoming one of Metro Manila’s most significant transport hubs, with direct access to the MRT-3, MRT-7, and LRT-1 lines all in one place. Here’s everything you need to know.

At the center of the mall’s transformation is its growing role as a transport hub. Later this year, Trinoma will expand with The Exchange at Trinoma, a new retail and office wing that will introduce more retail and dining options. That also includes ABC-Mart Grand Stage’s first location in the North.

Aside from being a new lifestyle hub, The Exchange at Trinoma is also linked to the mall’s direct integration with the Unified Grand Central Station, giving it direct access to the MRT-3, MRT-7, and LRT-1 lines. The transport hub will also include terminals for UV Express, buses, and point-to-point services.

Once operational, The Exchange at Trinoma will be one of the most convenient transport hubs in the metro.

New cafes and restaurants have popped up at Trinoma’s revamped Mindanao Lobby area. H Proper Coffee Roasters, Little Flour, Pizza Sisters, and Burnt Bean are open to cater everything from quick coffee breaks to catch-ups after work. More dining spots – including Chili’s and Cibo – are expected to open soon.

Aside from housing the first IKEA Plan and Order Shop in Quezon City and the largest Anko store in the Philippines, Trinoma’s refresh also includes new retail additions. Love, Bonito, Vivaia, JD Sports, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Wilson are just some of the store expected to open in the coming months.

Trinoma’s garden spaces and al fresco areas now feature more greenery, expanded seating, and even a play park for children. Indoors, the activity center has been updated with refreshed interiors and a gigantic new LED screen.

With all of these changes on the way, Trinoma by Ayala Malls seems to be positioning itself as more than a destination to relax but as a part of the rhythm of everyday city life.
