Heads Up, Motorists: SLEX and STAR Toll Fees Are Going Up Again This July
The first tranche of fees were implemented in January 2026.

Heads up, motorists! Fuel prices and passenger fuel surcharges for flights might be lower next month, but there’s an additional fee motorists should watch out for. The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Tollway will apply increased fees beginning July 1, 2026. The Toll Regulatory Board approved the implementation of the new increased fees, following the first tranche in January 2026. Here’s what you need to know:
New SLEX Toll Rates
Motorists utilizing SLEX should expect increases of PHP 8, PHP 17, and PHP 26 for Classes 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Here are the new fees for the following routes:
Alabang to Calamba

For Section 1, an increase of PHP 4, PHP 9, and PHP 13 will be implemented for Classes 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

According to the TRB, the adjustment supports the maintenance, improvement, and continued operation of the express and tollways.
