Home to scenic mountains, hills and valleys, Doña Remedios Trinidad in Bulacan has become a popular spot for city dwellers who want a slice of nature. We’ve been seeing more camping and glamping experiences in the municipality, including the newly opened The Backyard Glamp. Check out what’s in store for you:
The Backyard Glamp
With summer and Holy Week right around the corner, you might have already started making plans to go out with friends or family. Remember: it doesn’t have to be a grand getaway, but one that’s recharging and relaxing, perfect for making new memories. And because DRT’s mountains call for outdoor experiences, The Backyard Glamp is definitely worth checking out.
This private backyard is just two hours away from the metro and features a garden setting. There are two glamping tents perched on wooden pallets where up to eight people can sleep comfortably.
Each tent has a double bed and a single bed, as well as a portable projector so you can watch movies at night.
Unlike the usual camping experience, everything you need for a comfy stay is already within reach at The Backyard Glamp. This includes a spacious outdoor kitchen that has basic cooking appliances and dining equipment. Guests may also use the BBQ grill and dining area.
You’ll find a lounging area with a bonfire pit in one corner of the backyard. Fairy lights also set a relaxing ambiance at night.
Perfect for the sunny and warm summertime weather, you can lazily float at the inviting plunge pool.
If you don’t have time to cook your meals, you can opt to buy from nearby stores offering dishes such as silogs and pares.
