Things to do in Luang Prabang, Laos

Laos is hip.

It is already quite a charm seeing Luang Prabang from the ground, imagine looking at it from a higher ground! Climbing the 355 steps of Mount Phousi takes you to its peak where you can enjoy a 360 view of the city. A small wat (temple) is also located at the top. Picture the old-world setting of the historic town, the forested countryside and the imposing Mekong River, all create a wonderful panoramic scene.
