Finding a home away from home in the city is all about getting just the right balance between convenience and comfort. Boasting 32 floors, Citadines Benavidez Makati is a newly opened serviced apartment, joining fellow Ascott properties in the area. Whether you’re heading to the city for business, leisure, or simply a change of scenery, here are reasons why Citadines Benavidez Makati is the place to be:
Citadines Benavidez is right in the heart of the city, which is its biggest asset. Towering buildings from the central business district are around the property, but it’s in a neighborhood that still offers pockets of peace amidst the urban jungle. Appreciate the art of slow living as you stroll through Washington Sycip Park or Legazpi Active Park. Establishments like malls, restaurants, and convenience stores are just a stone’s throw away – you don’t even have to pay for public transpo as everything’s walkable. Nearby shopping destinations include Greenbelt, SM Makati, and Glorietta.
Spacious serviced apartments
Three different types of serviced apartments are ready for world-class guests at Citadines Benavidez Makati. There’s a studio, one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom apartment to choose from. We got to stay at a Studio Deluxe apartment – a 29-sqm space that’s ideal for 2 guests.
It has a queen-size bed, a chair, a Smart TV, a two-seater sofa, a spacious closet, and a WiFi connection.
If you plan on cooking meals to save on costs, you’d be delighted to know that these apartments are fully furnished, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen.
Even the bathroom is complete with eco-friendly amenities. The shower is separated as well.

You’ll find most of Citadines’ premium amenities on the 32nd floor or in the rooftop area. Keep on top of your health as you sweat it out at the Fitness Corner with a city view. It’s fitted with different equipment geared for various workouts you can follow as early as 6 AM or as late as 10 PM.
Cool off on hot days at the swimming pool. If using gym equipment isn’t your cup of tea, swimming is a nice alternative to exercising.
Business travelers may book a Function Room ideal for meetings and events.
While there’s a room in the apartments for laundry, you can also go for the Launderette beside the fitness corner. It’s open from 6 AM to 10 PM.
There’s an in-house restaurant
If you don’t want to be bothered with cooking, Citadines Benavidez has an in-house restaurant, Catalogue. Headed by Chef Katrina Alcantara, Catalogue offers a gastronomic experience like no other. Both local and international flavors inspire its diverse menu.
During our stay, we got to try dishes such as truffle mac and cheese and crispy chicken skin that tasted like sinigang. To finish the delightful meal, we were treated to a unique take on Pinoy taho that’s incorporated with passion fruit.
Catalogue also serves an all-day breakfast menu, cocktails liquor, and coffee.
Enjoy unparalleled city views
If you’re a sucker for a good city view, you’re in luck with the views the property has to offer. Gaze into a beautiful sunset when you swim laps at the pool or enjoy views of neighboring buildings when you work out.
