For a relaxing road trip, a drive to the north will never fail you. And as for a trip to Ilocos Norte, your road trip alone is already a destination. If you’re coming from the south, you will get to pass by the majestic Quirino bridge, a road crossing through the Abra river. Overlooking the high land formations, the view is just truly amazing while you pair it with a nice, dramatic road trip music.

You may have seen a lot of the Patapat Viaduct on Instagram, but I tell you: it’s much more captivating in person. Driving by this long coastal bridge gives you a great view of the calm waters that will surely give you a certain feeling of inner peace.
