When people think of beaches and nature in Indonesia, the island that often comes to mind is Bali. However, there is another destination worth adding to your itinerary, if ever you decide to explore this country — that place is Lombok.

What the locals wouldn’t tell you is that Lombok, the island to the immediate east of Bali, is the real paradise. It’s just as blissful, just as breathtakingly beautiful as its famous neighbor, but nowhere near as crowded. Here, we take you through its peaks, shores and man-made points of interest.
