Rizal houses a variety of attractions and establishments for every type of city dweller looking for a break from the urban jungle, from hiking spots to idyllic stays. The province also offers some of the most picturesque spots near the metro where you’ll find overlooking views of the city skyline and surrounding nature, including the newly-opened The Upper Room:

The Upper Room

Nestled on a hill in Binangonan, The Upper Room offers its visitors not only delectable treats but also stunning views of nature. If you’re beginning to feel stuffy in the city, the short drive going here will be worth it. Fresh air, cool breeze, and a relaxing ambiance – these are some of what waits in this cafe and event center.

A stunning overlooking view of Laguna Bay and the metro skyline is what you’ll be treated to at this cafe. Most of its seating is outdoors, so you’ll get to feel the cool mountain breeze.

Catch some of the most colorful sunsets here – the way the sky reflects on the swimming pool is truly an awe-worthy view.

Based on older posts, The Upper Room opens until late at night, which is perfect for impulsive road and food trips with the barkada.

The Menu

The Upper Room offers both coffee and non-coffee-based drinks. If you’re visiting early in the morning, you can also pair your hot coffee with their selection of filling silog meals.

For merienda, feast on famous Pinoy street food: fishballs, kikiam, lumpia, and more. They also have a selection of desserts and pastries, if you’re in the mood for something sweet.

Location and Operating Hours

The Upper Room is located in Brgy. San Carlos, Binangonan, Rizal.

They’re still on soft opening, so there might be changes to the opening hours. Follow them on Facebook so you won’t miss updates.
