Filipino tourists can travel to France; it is open to fully vaccinated travelers who are aged 12 and over. The Philippines has been listed as a green country since March 3, 2022, which also allows unvaccinated travelers to enter the country without tests and isolation.

According to Schengen Visa Info, the Schengen visa application process remains the same, with the following requirements:

  • Fully completed and signed visa application form
  • Two (2) ID photos taken within the last three months
  • Valid passport or another travel document
  • Evidence of legal residence in the Philippines
  • Roundtrip tickets or itinerary
  • Travel insurance policy
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Proof of financial means
  • Proof of paid visa fee
  • Cover letter

These are travel requirements you need to prepare for:

  • Unexpired passport with at least six months’ validity
  • Unexpired visa
  • Return ticket
  • Proof of vaccination
  • For unvaccinated travelers:
    • Negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before departure or an antigen (lateral flow) test taken less than 48 hours from departure
    • Recovery certificate, which is dated more than 11 days and less than six months prior to the date of departure

Beginning March 14, proof of vaccination is no longer needed in most public establishments such as bars, restaurants, performance halls, cinemas, nightclubs, etc. The obligation to bring or wear a mask in public spaces has also been lifted.
