Always bring your journal with you!
by | May 21, 2026

For many, getting respite from the daily demands of life doesn’t always mean going on wild adventures on weekends in far-flung places. It could be as simple as meeting with friends to enjoy shared hobbies, finding their next favorite cafe, or simply going people watching in the park. If you’re looking for fun, free things to do around the metro, consider stamp collecting. Not only are these stamps a cute addition to your journal, but they’re usually custom-made, making them even more special. Here’s a list of where to find free stamps around the metro:

For stationery junkies, Scribe is that one-stop shop where you’ll find cult-favorite brands such as Rhodia, Traveler’s Company, Midori, and different fountain pens and inks. It’s just too impossible to come empty-handed! Aside from getting your dose of cute stationery, don’t forget to drop by their stamp station, which usually has a branch-specific design, among the other usual stamps they have in the store. Scribe also releases postcard stamps on certain holidays such as Christmas and New Year, so make sure you follow them on social media for updates.

Branches:

  • SM Aura
  • SM Megamall
  • Eastwood Mall
  • Studio by Scribe, Quezon City

Bookworms, did you know that a number of Fully Booked branches around the metro and the Philippines have custom stamps you can collect? The local bookstore even had a contest last year, where they gave out prizes to the customer who completed all the stamps for the Ink Trail. They collaborated with Common Room PH for these stamps, and they’re just too adorable!

You’ll find the custom stamps at the counter, where you can also ask for a special stamping card. It’s also good to bring your notebook, just in case they run out of cards. To get a stamp, simply go to the cashier/counter.

As of April 2026, here’s where you can find them around the Metro:

  • U.P. Town Center
  • Power Plant Mall
  • Alabang Town Center
  • Podium
  • Bonifacio High Street
  • SM Mall of Asia
  • Mitsukoshi BGC
  • Glorietta 4
  • One Ayala

Common Room PH

Common Room PH is the place to be if you want to support hundreds of local craft makers and artists. It’s a treasure trove of trinkets: from stickers to materials for your next hobby. They even have a branch, the Mess Studio in Makati, where you can stay for workshops, read, or order snacks and beverages from their partner cafe.

They have a store-specific stamp design, so make sure to collect them all:

  • Mess Studio, Atrium of Makati
  • Power Plant Mall, Rockwell
  • P. Town Center
  • Ayala Malls Manila Bay
  • Alabang Town Center
  • Opus Mall
