Summertime is fast approaching and there’s no better place to bask in the sun and sea other than La Union. With travel time to the famous surf town being cut down to just a few hours, going on a road trip has become easier and the plans with the barkada can finally happen. Planning to drive there soon? Alon and Sandy will be the perfect weekend home.

A weekend at Alon and Sandy

Aside from its famous waves, San Juan, La Union is known for its nightlife and the many cafes and restaurants to try and post on the gram. Combined with its hospitable locals, it’s not difficult to fall in love with its relaxing ~vibes~, which you will also enjoy at this tiny treehouse.

Alon and Sandy sits on top of a hill, so there will be quite a hike to get there. But the extra cardio will be worth it, especially from the view that you’ll get from the deck. P.S. The hike might also be enough to get you sober after a night of drinking in one of the nearby bars!

Featuring wood, nipa, and bohemian decor, its main common space is an open area where you’ll find a spacious viewing deck as well as an equipped kitchen. If you’re working on a tight budget, just bring your ingredients and save from just preparing your meals.
