Fabulous February Festivals in the Philippines

From Pasay, to Baguio, to Iloilo!

When: All Saturdays of February
Where: Iloilo City

Known as the oldest sailing competition in the Philippines, the Paraw Regatta highlights the racing events between colorfully painted Visayan outriggers in the strait between Iloilo City and Guimaras Island. The fun-filled festival is often held on the third Sunday of February, but this year, festivities, including band contests, beauty pageants, and traditional crafting activities, have been spread out on all Saturdays of February to give ample time for the cleanup efforts at the Villa Beach, where the main sailing event will take place on 17 February.
