Set on a hill overlooking views of Nasugbu’s skyline and greenery, Gracia Viviente will let you experience a dream house fit for making new memories during the holidays. See what it offers:
Children playing in the garden or in the pool as the titas and titos chitchat in the lanai or cook meals while being surrounded by the beautiful outdoors – it looks like a scene straight out of a movie. But that could be a reality at Gracia Viviente, an American farmhouse-inspired home in Batangas. This dreamy 400-square-meter home is set on a 1,200 lot, making it ideal for holding events as well.
Painted all-white with a spacious front porch, the exteriors of the house look inviting already. Who wouldn’t want to spend the holidays with their loved ones at a well-designed home?
Inside, you’ll find minimalist interiors with contrasting colors of black and white. The space is also surrounded by huge windows, which makes its interiors look brighter and more inviting.
Gracia Viviente’s common areas share one open space: an equipped kitchen, a living area, and a dining area.
It can accommodate up to 16 people in its three bedrooms, which is enough for families or a group of friends. The master bedroom alone can sleep up to five, with a pullout mattress from the bed frame.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious lanai equipped with a mini bar, a wooden dining table, and a little lounging area where you can hang out in lazy afternoons.
There’s a spacious beside the front porch; it has a little slide for kids and enough space to pitch a tent and gather around a bonfire.
One of the best features of Gracia Viviente is the swimming pool that overlooks the nature view. Don’t miss catching the sunset here and record a timelapse!
