Just last weekend, the beautiful island of Boracay was once again opened to tourists after a 6-month rehabilitation period. Last week’s opening is only a ‘test run’; gearing up for the island’s soft opening on October 26. Officials in the island recently released a set of rules that will be strictly implemented once Boracay is set to open for good.
