If you’ve never gone beach camping before, Zambales is one of the best places to finally experience it. Boasting a view of surrounding mountains on one side and glistening waters on the other, Marahuyo Cove Resort and Camping offers an idyllic nature experience that’s just three hours away from the metro:

Marahuyo Cove

Going off-grid for a night or two and immersing yourself in nature – if this is your definition of a healing getaway, then you’ve come to the right place. A trip to Marahuyo Cove Resort and Campsite kicks off with a boat ride from Pandaquit; if you’re up for a little adventure, this is something to look forward to. When you arrive at the resort, you’ll be greeted by towering trees and their rustic stays.

Here are the rooms they offer for overnight stays:

Kubo Room

There are three Kubo Rooms with rates starting at Php 6,500 per night for two persons.

Beachfront Room

Boasting two floors, two Beachfront Rooms are up for grabs at Marahuyo Cove. Rates start at Php 7,500 per night for two persons. Aside from the room, guests also have exclusive access to an open cottage during their stay.

Hilltop House

If you see a home away from home vibes, go for the Hilltop House, which is also the biggest accommodation at the resort. If you want an exclusive stay and don’t want to share amenities with other resort guests, this house has an open cottage, a toilet and bath, and a kitchen. Rates start at P9,500 per night for two persons.

All of these accommodations are air-conditioned and can accommodate up to a maximum of five persons per stay. Extra guests will be charged P350 per head.

These open cottages are ideal for dining, cooking, and lounging. They can also be rented for overnight stays for P1,000 per night.

More lounging areas can be found by the beach, which is decorated with warm and dreamy fairy lights, making the ambiance of the resort romantic and relaxing at night. Illuminated by the lights, staying by the beach playing instruments or simply having chikahan are memories to remember when staying at Marahuyo Cove.

When you don’t feel like going swimming or doing any water activities, cool off at the swimming pool.
