The Roastery is located in the historic building of Palazzo della Poste on the Piazza Cordusio; the structure sits in the city center and was the former location of the Italian stock exchange. The 25,000 square-foot coffee shop is filled with jaw-dropping architectural wonders, with a portico embellished with a Carrara marbled statue of a siren (a nod to Schultz) welcoming you to its doors.
