Believe us when we say that Uncle Rikuro is the best Japanese cheesecake you could ever eat, and chances are you already know of it from the few videos of its wobbly, fluffy goodness circulating the internet. It may have raisins embedded at the bottom, but it’s hardly a bother when it matches so well with the rich soft cheese that the cake is made with.

Each cheesecake is also baked fresh every day, but if you’re traveling far, you can always pop it in the freezer; it will still stay melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
