No time to plan an out-of-town trip? Located just within the metro, Where is Wina offers a slice of paradise with its quaint interiors and common spaces that will look good on every insta feed:

Where is Wina

As described on their insta bio, Where is Wina lets you do three things (and much more): shoot, gather, and stay. Nestled just in Marikina City, this old house renovated into a chic and cozy stay is a hidden gem tucked in the heart of the city.

Instead of having the entire house demolished, its owner decided to keep its foundation and turn it into a cozy haven decorated with quaint pieces: from vintage pieces and Spanish tiles to crawling vines that make common spaces look dreamy.

Whether you’re visiting with your barkada or family, shooting content for work or for a passion project, or simply enjoying a romantic staycation with your partner, the entire property is just swoon-worthy. You can have the entire place to yourself if you’re a group of up to 8 persons, but if you’re only staying with your partner or bestie, Where is Wina’s three rooms may be rented individually:

Blue Room

Think of the waves of the ocean when you enter the Blue Room: its accents of dark blue are calming to the eyes and will instantly put you into a relaxed mood. This room features a four-poster bed, vanity, air conditioning, and private bath.

If you want to live the hubadera life but you’re too shy to take photos outside, the outdoor tub is a corner you’d love!

Soft opening rates are at P8,500 per night on weekends and P7,500 on weekdays.

Brown Room

If you love anything antique, the Brown Room will remind you of old Filipino homes with its stunning grand antique bed and three-mirror vanity. You’ll also get a mini-balcony with a view of surrounding trees. This room is exclusive for two like the Blue Room, which also includes breakfast.

Soft opening rates are at P8,500 per night on weekends and P7,500 on weekdays.

White Room

With its clean and bright interiors, waking up to a good morning can be easily achieved at the White Room. Ideal for a group of four, this room offers direct access to the house’s plunge pool – jumping straight to the pool just screams vacation mode is on. During your stay, you’ll be sleeping in two twin beds. You’ll also have a vanity, private bath, and air conditioning. Breakfast is also provided.

Soft opening rates are at P12,000 per night on weekends and P11,000 on weekdays.

When renting individual rooms, you’ll also have access to common spaces such as the living room, dining area, patio, plunge pool, and kitchen. Exclusive rental of the entire property starts at P28,000 per night.
