On the hunt for your next comfy spot near the metro? Rizal is home to many scenic spots: riverside stays, cabins with the best mountain views, and restaurants that will let you dine with a scenic background. A new addition is Escalera Secret Garden Cafe – let’s take a look:

Escalera Secret Garden Cafe

Whether you’re visiting for post-Sunday mass brunch, meeting up with friends, or simply looking for a chill spot for coffee, Escalera Secret Garden Cafe’s ambiance and dining experience will make you come back for more. The cafe is nestled in a village in Binangonan – the cafe is by the ridges, giving the best panoramic skyline views when dining alfresco.

It’s easy to feel like you’re on top of the world: at a distance, you’ll see Laguna Bay, the surrounding greenery, and the sparkling city light. The cafe is completely alfresco as well, so you might want to visit late in the afternoon to catch the sunset and enjoy the chilly weather.

Stretch beforehand though, as you’ll have to descend stairs to reach the cafe. This is also something to consider especially if you’re bringing elders or individuals who get tired easily.

Pets are also allowed at Escalera – no one in the family gets left behind.

The menu

Escalera Secret Garden Cafe offers a variety of Italian, Filipino, and American menus, which are all available for dine-in and pickup. Breakfast food is always a good idea – you’d be delighted with their all-day menu starting at P280 for Pancakes with Strawberry Butter.

Some of their must-tries include a variety of authentic Italian pasta.

If you’re not in the mood for a meal and only want casual kwentuhan over coffee, here are the beverages they offer:

Escalera Secret Garden Cafe is located inside Eastridge Village in Binangonan, Rizal. To get there, simply enter the cafe’s name on Waze or Google Maps. They are open daily, from 4 PM to 12 AM.
