Just a three-hour drive from the metro, Lake of the Woods offers a healing retreat for families and barkadas who want to celebrate an occasion or simply want to hit pause and breathe in the fresh air. The private island is in an off-grid location, which is perfect for guests who are looking into disconnecting completely and engaging in fun outdoor activities. During your stay, you’ll have the entire island exclusively, including all of its amenities that will let you rest and make new memories with loved ones. 

This includes a serene yard overlooking the glistening waters of Lake Lumot. It’s covered in grass, which is ideal for picnics, tanning, and playing around with your pets. The property also has lounging areas, such as this kubo with couches and a stylish chair. 

If you’re bringing kids during the staycation, they can spend the day playing at the wooden playground facilities!

Depending on the package you’re getting, Lake of the Woods offers two kinds of stays. For those who want to rough it out, you can go for the first package where there are three teepee-inspired huts with Japanese futons and three pitched tents. 

For those who want to do not want to sacrifice comfort, go for the rustic A-frame cabin, which looks dreamy and cozy AF!

Featuring big windows and wooden interiors, you’ll find a main bedroom on the ground level.

More sleeping arrangements are in the attic, with the same lake view.
