Here’s the Full List of Local Destinations Fully Vaxxed Travelers Can Visit without RT-PCR Tests

There are cities and provinces that only require a vaccination card.

As more Pinoys receive their vaccinations, lockdown restrictions ease, and tourism establishments adjust to the new normal, local travel has become an activity to look forward to after nearly two years on lockdown.

Traveling still require protocols to be followed and documents to be prepared but there’s one less thing to worry about. A number of local destinations no longer require a negative RT-PCR test, which is one less travel expense to worry about. If you’re planning to finally spend the holidays away from home, whether to visit family or have a change of scenery, we’ve prepared a list of provinces and cities, including their travel requirements:

Baguio

Travel requirements:

• VISITA registration. You only need a valid ID when you register here. https://visita.baguio.gov.ph/
• Vaccination card or certificate
• Triage upon arrival for health screening and verification of QTP and documents.

If you’re traveling with partially vaccinated minors aged 12 to 17, they must still present a negative Antigen or RT-PCR test result conducted within 72 hours prior to arrival or during the health screening at the City Triage.

Boracay

Travel requirements:

• Screenshot of Online Health Declaration Card (OHDC) Confirmation Page
• Proof of identification with Philippine Residency
• Copy of confirmed booking slip or form from a DOT-accredited accommodation establishment
• Roundtrip flight details
• VaxCertPH Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status from VaxCert or a locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and verifiable QR code

Bohol

Travel requirements:

• Vaccination card issued by any LGU, DOH-accredited medical institution, a private company, and a foreign country or any state/province authenticated by DOH-BOQ
• Government-issued ID
• S-Pass Travel Pass, either approved or with a pending approval

Camiguin

Travel requirements:

• Vaccination card
• Identification card
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Health Declaration Form, register here.
• Camiguin Tourist QR Code, register here.

Cebu Province

Those traveling to Cebu Province only need to present a vaccination card, but this is exclusive to domestic travelers only. Find more details about the travel requirements of other cities here:

El Nido

Travel requirements:

• Vaccination certificate from VaxCert
• S-Pass Registration
• Valid I.D.
• Confirmed hotel booking
• Roundtrip tickets

Baler

Travel requirements:

• S-PaSS registration
• Valid I.D.
• Vaccination certificate form
• DOH VaxCert (has to be uploaded to S-PaSS registration page)
• Confirmed hotel booking

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers still need to present negative RT-PCR results taken within 72 hours.

Ilocos Norte

Travel requirements:

• Registration at the Ilocos Norte tourism website
• Valid ID
• Confirmed booking from accredited accommodation or local travel agency
• Individual QR Code

Ilocos Sur

Travel Requirements:

• Valid ID
• Travel request and QR code from Tara Na!
• Booking confirmation from a DOT-accredited accommodation establishment
• Antigen Test taken 24 hours before entry

Zambales

Travel requirements:

• VISITA Zambales registration
• Negative Antigen Test result taken 24 hours before entry

Dumaguete

Travel requirements:

• Original copy of vaccination card duly issued by the local vaccination center or a Vaccination Certificate from the DICT
• Government-issued ID
• Photocopy of both vaccination card and government-issued ID with the traveler’s contact information number for contract tracing purposes

• Online health declaration form
• Valid ID

• Albay Get-Pass QR code. If you don’t have a smartphone, you may request a QR code through Legazpi’s LGU/organization.
