Punta Verde Resort is located in Lobo, Batangas, a quiet town that boasts a scenic view of the ocean. But that’s not all this resort has. Guests are pampered with spacious, luxurious rooms and a huge infinity pool that overlooks the horizon. Feel free to take your Instagram photos during sunset!

After you’ve had your fill of water activities, you can go on a mini nature hike around the area. A nature trail with a small hanging bridge and a hidden cove awaits. There are four types of accommodation at Punta Verde: Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Premium Rooms. Each of these proudly “showcases of Spanish-influenced Philippine architecture exquisitely blending with the modern.” The rooms come with air-conditioning, an en suite toilet with a water heater, and towels for use. Room rates start at P5,000 per night and can accommodate 2-8 people depending on the arrangements. Day tour and camping is also available starting at P1,000 per person.

Before your visit, make sure you’ve got your medical certificates prepared and health forms (to be given by the resort) filed.

 

The food

At this Batangas beach resort, each visitor gets a complimentary breakfast. For other meals, you can head on to their in-house restaurant to get yourself a fix of a homecooked menu. There’s chicken, pork and beef, vegetables, fish, pasta, and even dessert and snacks. You can get a serving of Sinampalukang Manok (P350), Beef Korean BBQ With Kimchi (P750), Pinakbet (250), Halo-halo Special with Ice Cream (P110), and Buko Juice (P100).
