Cabongaoan is a white sand beach located in Burgos, Pangasinan. Because of its relative inaccessibility, this spot is not yet as popular as other places in the province like Bolinao’s beaches or the Hundred Islands. The main draw here is the rock formations that surround the beach. The “Death Pool” (humorously coined by locals) is a natural swimming pool that forms near the beach whenever the tide comes in and fills it with saltwater.
