Nestled in the municipality of Alitagtag, Batangas, Nayon is a private homestead perched on a hill overlooking an eight thousand square meter farm. Surrounded by coconut trees and different fruit-bearing trees you’d typically find on a farm, it’s a traditional Filipino home that would remind you of visits to your grandparents’ house.

Boasting dark wood furniture and Capiz shell window panels, this 150-square meter home has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. It has two baths, with a private one located in the master’s bedroom. It features an open-plan living and kitchen area, so you’ll get to hang with family or friends whether you’re cooking or lounging in the sala.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking, including a dedicated breakfast nook with a coffee machine. Since you’re in Batangas, don’t forget to try their fragrant kapeng barako! According to the owners, the dining area is one of the best spots at home.

To make your vacation even more relaxing, the property has a kid-friendly pool that overlooks a semi-forested area. You can also catch a glimpse of Mt. Maculot from a distance.

Nayon is a working farm so you’ll get to see roaming animals. Guests are free to explore the area and there’s enough space to run around, especially for kids. At night, you might even catch some fireflies too.
