Taiwan’s black pepper baked bun is stuffed with pork, spices, and spring onions. The meat filling is soft and tender while the bun itself is crunchy on the outside and chewy inside.

Where to get it: There are some notable vendors of hujiao bing in Taipei alone, the most famous located in Raohe Street Night Market. Just ask any local in the area where Fu Zhou Shi Zu Hujiao Bing is and they’ll point you in its direction.
